2018 BDAQ Regional Design Award Winner – New Houses $750,001 – $1,000,000 This striking, modern, three storey home sits atop a rocky headland on a narrow 12.5m sloping site. The façade was designed as coastal so blends effortlessly into its beachfront environment. The ground floor is used for both long and short term stays by family members, with the ability to come and go unnoticed. The top two floors provide up to 270 degree stunning ocean views from both living areas and bedrooms. An integrated lap pool is positioned between the ground and first floors for easy access from both.
Casa Nostra Motel
The project involved the design and calling tenders for the Casa Nosta Motel, an 18 unit motel with 6 x twin unit villas, restaurant and managers residence. Our scope of work included the planning application, coordinating the design of the highway access, relocation of Telstra infrastructure, water main extension and new trunk sewer installation.
