2018 BDAQ Regional Design Award Winner – New Houses $750,001 – $1,000,000 This striking, modern, three storey home sits atop a rocky headland on a narrow 12.5m sloping site. The façade was designed as coastal so blends effortlessly into its beachfront environment. The ground floor is used for both long and short term stays by family members, with the ability to come and go unnoticed. The top two floors provide up to 270 degree stunning ocean views from both living areas and bedrooms. An integrated lap pool is positioned between the ground and first floors for easy access from both.

We have worked closely with this client, designing modern freight warehouses ranging in size from 500 sqm to 3800 sqm throughout Australia in the following locations: QLD – Cairns, Rockhampton & Gladstone NSW – Ballina, Wagga Wagga & Coffs Harbour ACT – Hume VIC – Bendigo TAS – Derwent WA – Fremantle The ground work consultancies of surveyor, geotechnical and civil engineers are sourced locally for each project and complemented by our regular team of planning, structural and hydraulic engineers.
Centrelink
As vital facilities in their local communities, these buildings were designed and documented to federal government specifications. The documentation called for extensive research and collaboration with federal governments architects, full specification of materials and full coordination of consultants.
Casa Nostra Motel
The project involved the design and calling tenders for the Casa Nosta Motel, an 18 unit motel with 6 x twin unit villas, restaurant and managers residence. Our scope of work included the planning application, coordinating the design of the highway access, relocation of Telstra infrastructure, water main extension and new trunk sewer installation.
BP Service Stations
Priority 1 rectification and upgrades to switchboards followed to bring all components up to site and Australian Standards. Rectification works varied in scale depending on switchboard condition and covered completion of RCD statutory testing, generation and installation of legends and single line diagrams, upgrade of switchboard earthing, and 18 switchboards were replaced with new switchboards, most of custom sheet metal manufacture. As a result of the project, all re-commissioned switchboards were installed and the client was given useful statutory compliance data to ensure continued compliance and ongoing maintenance.
